Examples of how we approach replacement parts, wear components and industrial tooling.
2007 Mitsubishi Lancer Intake Duct
VehiclesPPS-CFFDM
Problem. A damaged OEM air-cleaner intake duct is difficult to source locally.
Process. Measure the original mounting and air-cleaner interfaces, then reproduce the duct in PPS-CF with FDM.
Result. A locally reproducible replacement that preserves the original fit and interfaces without dedicated tooling.
Conveyor Guide Rail
MachinesPPS-CFFDM
Problem. A bottling line guide rail that runs dry, takes wash-down twice a shift and wears out every few months, with an import lead time measured in quarters.
Process. Fit check on geometry and duty cycle, printed in PPS-CF for chemical and heat resistance, edges post-finished.
Result. A local replacement that can be re-ordered on a purchase order.
EOAT Robot Gripper
RobotsPA12-CFSLS
Problem. Pick-and-place fingers that wear against machined metal and stop the cell when the OEM spare is out of stock.
Process. Fingers redrawn from the worn part, printed in carbon-fibre nylon, bores post-machined for the mounting plate.
Result. A wear part replaced on schedule rather than on failure.
Vacuum-form Mould
ToolingFDMCNC faces
Problem. Short thermoforming runs that never justified aluminium tooling.
Process. Printed mould body with vent channels designed in, sealing faces machined flat.
Result. Local tooling for runs that used to wait for a supplier abroad.
